Open your application
Request for the card by clicking on the plus(+) sign.
Put in the number which has money to pay for the card.then continue.
You will see a pop up screen showing that you are paying UGX 25000 to Relworx Ltd.
Put in your mobile money pin number and submit.
If the customer has sufficient balance to pay for the card, UGX 25000 and card request will be confirmed.
The status changes from “Request card” to “Add card”.
Once you have received your card and it has been activated, tap “Add card” on the app and put in the card number at the back of the card that starts with “00”.
If there is insufficient balance on your mobile money, the customer will receive a failed transaction status
